We are happy to state that Ravel Electronics private limited is the FIRST INDIAN MANUFACTURER and the SECOND IN ASIA to get UL CERTIFICATION in Fire Protective signaling systems. The panels were subjected to stringent tests in the US lab of Underwriters Laboratories for compliance and performance before getting the UL Certification. We can now use this UL approved panel for system approval and compatibility. The certified panel ensures not only timely detection of a fire incident but also reduces false alarms, which pose as one of the worst threats to most of fire alarm panels.

Infrastructure

RAVEL has sophisticated and well integrated manufacturing system well equipped and self-sufficient in terms of man power and machinery. The corporate office and work unit is Located in Electronics Industrial Estate functioning at space of more than 7000 Sq.ft. Plant Area.

Electronic Assembly

Ravel working environment is static free and has Modern Conveyorised manufacturing system starting from component forming to Wave Soldering Machines for electronic card assembly. We use Power assisted tools for assembling finished products. We maintain well stacked Inventory of Raw Materials, Semi Finished & Finished Goods handled by Qualified Professionals.

Mechanical Fabrication Section

Maintained by Qualified Professionals, we are fully equipped with relevant Calibrated Measuring & Testing instruments and use Necessary Dyes, Tools, Jigs and Fixtures for all operations. We also use Shearing Machine and Fly Press. Arc, Spot and Stud Welding machines.

Design and Development

Our Design and Development division with budding talents is fully focused on incorporating and innovating our factory made products line up adapting to the latest technological advancements. Our production facility is staffed with well experienced and qualified work force with total dedication.

Production Capability:

RAVEL has a manufacturing capability with present infrastructure of approximately 10,000 panels per annum covering entire range of Microprocessor Based Fire Alarm Panels, UL approved panels, Master and slave panels, Gas Release panels, Single Zone Modules and Repeater Panels
