Return and Refund Policy

General Returns Policy

 

  1. Products are returnable only if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on ravelfirepanles.com.

  2. If you report an issue with our beam detector, addressable panels, Conventional panels, gas suppression panels, boom barrier, Door frame metal detector, Vehicle barrier, Scanners, Parking that are manufactured by Ravel India, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. This visit is scheduled by sending a query or request through info@ravelmovement.com. A solution will be provided based on the technician's assessment report.

  3. Return will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.

  • The product should not be different from what was shipped to you;

  • The product should be returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

  1. If you want to send back an electronic devices that stores any personal information, you have to ensure that all personal information is removed from the device before returning. Ravelfirepanels.com shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

  2. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

  3. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  4. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

 

Note: If you have received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product.

 

Refund Policy

  • Credit card / Debit card / Net banking (credited to bank account) / UPI linked bank / pay on delivery will receive a payment within 6-7 working days after successful submission of payment details, to info@ravelmovement.com.

  • Cheque payment will receive a payment within 10 working days after successful submission of payment details, to info@ravelmovement.com.

For Fulfilled by Fire Alarm Panels orders:

  1. If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, will not be considered.  You have to provide a bank details and IFSC code during the in mail to refund.

  2. During refund if we receive a payment failure notice from your bank then refund will be done through a demand draft. We will inform you the same through an e-mail provided to us. In the email you need to provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After your reply our refund process will be initiated from our end.

Paper cheque clearing

  • All cheque refunds will be in form of "at par" HDFC Bank cheques. If you plan to present the cheque in person, ensure that your beneficiary bank sends the cheque for outstation clearing.

Note: Once a cheque is issued, Ravel Fire Panels will send you an e-mail with the tracking details of the refund cheque within 6 business days from the date of refund.

 

 

Shipping Cost Refunds

  • For Fulfilled by Ravel fire panels costs will be refunded only after getting amount approval in email. All such refunds will be issued through cheques.

Note: The shipping refund will be returned only if the product finds not working and the same should be confirmed by Ravel Electronics technician.

 

Ravel Fire Panel Replacement Policy

Conditions for Free Replacement of the product?

  • The item requested for replacement; our team will check for the product in stock that are eligible for replacement.

  • The items delivered should be physically damaged.

  • The Item delivered has omitted / missing parts or accessories as mentioned during order.

  • The Item delivered is different from their description on the product detail page on ravelfirepanels.com; or

  • Item delivered is defective/does not work properly.

  • Shipping charges will be charged extra if the product is not eligible for free shipping. This need to co-ordinate with sales team.
